What exactly is a conversation?+
A conversation is counted for each calendar day the AI interacts with a contact. If the same contact interacts again on a different day, it counts as a new conversation.
What happens if I exceed my monthly conversations?+
We keep answering your customers — no service cut. If you exceed your monthly quota, buy a conversation pack to extend it, or upgrade anytime without upgrade fees.
Can I switch plans month to month?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
How does the 20% annual discount work?+
Pay 12 months upfront and get 20% off every month. The annual prices in the table ($55, $119, $170, $909, $1,363) are the equivalent monthly cost.
Which currencies do you accept?+
USD, CLP and UF (Chile). Invoices and reports are issued in the currency you set on your account.
How long is the trial and what's included?+

How do I add more stores to my plan?+
