1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you accept on behalf of a company you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, illegal content, harassment, reverse-engineering or evasion of usage limits. We may suspend accounts in violation with no refund.
4. Subscription and billing
We bill in advance based on the plan you select. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where law requires.
5. Intellectual property
Keebai and its technology are owned by Keebai Inc. You retain all rights to your data and content. You grant us a limited license to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Liability limitation
The service is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the admin panel. We may terminate accounts with 30 days notice or immediately for material breach.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
